1.       Are the posters that I am buying original and licensed?
We import posters from United Kingdom. These posters are licensed and original possessing the necessary rights.
As for our custom posters, the artwork is owned by the concerned artist and is sold with permission.

2.       What quality paper is it?
Different posters have different quality paper. They range from 150 – 250 GSM (Gram per meter square). The posters imported from the UK have a glossy finish on 150 GSM paper. While the custom prints designed by graphic artists collaborating with Carmocrat are printed on 250 GSM paper with a glossy finish.
To give you a rough idea, the A4 paper we use for routine printing is 80 GSM.

3.       Are they printed in India?
All the custom prints which include designs by some graphic artists we have on board, along with prints shared by various photographers are printed in India. A new artistic segment has been started recently on the website which showcases Van Gogh, Monet among others are also printed in the country’s capital.  The rest are imported as is from UK.

4.       Do you have a physical store wherein I can check out the product?
We are solely an internet based company.

5.       Can I get them framed?
Definitely. You can easily google framing services in your city, however, we don’t provide this service.

6.       Can I print an image I have using your services?
You can definitely do this here. Click on the highlighted text in the next line and it will direct you to the necessary page. Just upload your image and we will dispatch it in 3-5 working days. Although just make sure the uploaded image doesn’t violate any copyright infringement rights.

7.       Do you retail to corporates?
Yes, we definitely do this. We have special offers for corporates.
Drop us an Email stating your requirements and we will get back to you in 2-4 working days.

8.       How do I cancel my order?
If the product hasn’t been shipped out to you, you can cancel the order by simply dropping us an email with your order number, as listed in the confirmation email send by Carmocrat.
If you happen to be not satisfied with the quality, call us on our customer care number to proceed. 

9.       What happens if the product I received is damaged?
If due to extenuating circumstances the product received by you is incorrect or damaged, you have an option between getting a full refund or having the product replaced. We will bear the charges for the replacement product.

10.   How do I get a replacement?
In case the poster is damaged, send us a picture of the damaged product either on What’s App or drop us an email.

11.   How do I get a refund?
We offer payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and COD. In case, you have made a card payment the amount is remitted to your bank account within 14 working days.

12.   How long does a shipment ideally take?
Once the order is placed with us, it takes 3-5 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse and delivered to your shipping address within 7 working days.

13.    Where can I track my order?
Once your poster is dispatched from our end, you will receive an email mentioning the tracking code. This email will be received within 3-5 working days.

14.   Can I sell my designs on your platform?
We have recently launched Project Design to give artists a platform to showcase their talents. I have attached a clickable link below, just fill in the form and add a link to your portfolio and we will get back to you.

15.   How often do you restock?

As we import our licensed posters from UK, it takes 45-60 days to restock. As for the custom prints, we never run out of those.
